Short Bio
Rui Zong Mezzo-soprano, Composer Graduate from Huaqiao University, Musicology major, Bachelor degree, 2011. At the same year, sent by Confucius Institute to Thailand as a Volunteer Chinese Teacher. 2014, was admitted to the University of Central Oklahoma in the double major Master Program.Study opera performance with Dr. Kevin Eckard, Vocal Arts Division Head. Performed Cecilia March in Little Woman as the only international voice student in a 20th English-Opera, Mitchell Hall UCO, 2015. Studying composition with Dr. Samuel Magrill and Dr. Keith White. One of the first members of UCO Electronic Ensemble, Electronic Attitude. Member of SEAMUS. ​ Working on how to balance the instruments and the human voice, acoustic and electronic music, visual and auditory Arts.
